Anastasia Jurens
(nee Rohatynski)

Peacefully in the early morning on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the age of 94 Stacey journeyed home into the arms of her parents Maria and Clemens. Also waiting for Stacey’s arrival are Bill Jurens, Ann and John Bychuk, Walter Rohatynski (WWII), Olga and Levin DeMan, Pauline Rohatynski, Kay and Jack Bernie,
Doug Monaghan. Left to cherish Stacey’s memory are her sisters Tina Nichols, Helen Monaghan, and Jean Joy; as well as by many nieces and nephews.
Stacey enjoyed many aspects of life which included camping, yearly trips to Minnesota to purchase hundreds of Gladiolus bulbs, which won her many ribbons both from the St. James Horticultural Society and Red River Ex.
On Thursday, September 25, 2014, Stacey’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue @ Sharp Boulevard.
Many thanks to the staff (2 West) for their excellent care at Oakview Personal Care Home whom many have said they will miss her dry sense of humor.  She was one of a kind.
Flowers gratefully declined, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
