Peacefully, surrounded by her family, Ginger
Frances Roylene Swark passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014 at the Health
Sciences Center after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 35 years.
Ginger was born in Winnipeg on February 21,
1979 and is survived by her mother Colleen Kobialka (Mike); sister Kandie Swark
(Erwin Neufeld); grandmother Elizabeth Kobialka; and special aunt Mary
Swark-Hougaard (Lars) of Pickering, Ontario. She was predeceased by her
grandparents, Roy and Georgina Swark, Michael Kobialka Sr. and William (Boss)
Hall.
The family would like to express sincere
thanks to Dr. Beiko, Dr. Kazina, Dr. Paul, Nurses and Health Care Aides of GA5
(Neurology) of the Health Sciences for the compassionate care provided to
Ginger.
On Saturday, September 6, 2014 Ginger’s
Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020
Main Street @ Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba with Rev. Don McIntyre,
presider. For those who wish viewing will be held prior to the Service.
If so desired, in lieu of flowers, donations
can be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba
