She was also predeceased by her parents John and Charity Ruttan (Wattam); brother Gordon Kingston Ruttan in 1973; and husband Raymond J. Allard July 29, 2006.

Keitha was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church. She was active in the C.W.L. for over 55 years, and enjoyed singing in the church choir.
Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in Mary, Mother of the Church, 85 Kirkbridge Drive, with Rev. Fr. Kevin Bettens and Deacon Doug Meakin presiding.
Many thanks to the staff at Vista Park Lodge where mom resided since June 2013. Thanks to Dr. Kahn, Dr. N. Jain and Dr. M.
