Dear Richard and Staff
Words cannot express how grateful we are for all your care and compassion you provided our family during a very difficult time.
Our Dad was a perfectionist in everything he did, and he would have loved the meticulous planning and attention to detail that was given to all the funeral arrangements.
We thought the day of the funeral went absolutely perfect. The funeral service was beautiful and something we will remember forever. Even Dad showed his appreciation by making the rain stop at the cemetery and having the CN train drive by and give us a little honk :)
We also want to thank you for all the little 'extras' that you did...especially the free coffee mugs! It all meant so much.
